Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

All Products purchased from the Website, once fulfilled and packaged, are shipped via either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS). The cost of shipping will be presented to you as part of the checkout process, and you agree to pay such costs by confirming your purchase. Once the Product has been given to our shipper, we will then forward you the tracking confirmation details. 

Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available.

Multiple Products ordered under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International buyers will be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes.

By ordering any Products from us, you agree to any and all applicable terms and conditions of our third-party shipping providers, UPS and/or USPS, to deliver Products you order, which can be accessed at the following links:

Returns

To start a return, please contact Wellness East at hello@wellnesseast.store within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, all via email. Products sent back without first requesting a return label will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your Product must be in the condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. Wellness East is not liable for any errors made by a shipping provider.. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (such as food or supplements) are not eligible for return. Please be in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific Product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If your Product is eligible for a return, you will need to return the original Product and purchase a new Product separately.


Refunds

Please be aware that all returns are subject to final validation and approval once received at our return facility, in our sole discretion. Further, we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances, and we may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and then initiate the refund process.
